Your program won't open my files! Why? Q: Your Unzip Wizard will not open my file. I've tried over and over again, but I cannot open this (fill in the blank...screen saver, picture, sound file, greeting card, etc.) A: You are confusing two different things - a ZIP file and the internal files. A ZIP file contains one of more internal files. All that the Unzip Wizard was meant to do is UNZIP (unpack/unarchive) the internal files. Once the internal files have been unzipped/unpacked/restored to their original state, then it is YOUR responsibility as to what you wish to do with the internal files. I suspect your problem is not that you cannot unzip the ZIP file, but rather, you do not know what to do with the internal file(s) once they have been unzipped. If the internal files have been successfully unzipped, but you don't have a clue what to do with the unzipped files, then we suggest that you contact the source from which you obtained the original ZIP file and ask them for assistance. Think of a ZIP file as a box, and the Unzip Wizard as a delivery man. Once the box has been opened (unzipped), the contents of the box are your responsibility, not the delivery man's responsibility. |
