I have already purchased The Unzip Wizard and I need help! Q: I purchased The Unzip Wizard quite some time ago and just today when I tried to launch it I was told that my evaluation period had expired and that I must now purchase it again. Why?! A: If you unlocked the program using the
password that we sent to you shortly after you purchased the program, then a
UNZIPWIZ.MY license file was created on your hard drive. The presence or absence of this
UNZIPWIZ.MY file determines whether The Unzip Wizard runs as a registered (purchased) version, or in demo/evaluation mode. If you purchased a backup/installation disk from us, or if you created one of your own, then you may also choose to use that disk to reinstall the software from.
